We do not want our customers to miss out an awesome purchase just because they are too busy and forgotten about it, so send a friendly reminder to remind them with this guide.

1. Control Panel > Orders > Select Order

2. Click on the "..." button on top right of the page, and select "Send payment reminder".

3. You may use the default payment reminder email template or edit it accordingly to fit your style. Click send once you are done.

You can amend the default content at EasyStore Control Panel > Settings > Templates > Orders > Payment Reminder
