Fulfillment is for the merchant to update the order shipment status to the customer after the parcel has been shipped. The merchant may fill in the tracking no., carrier, and tracking URL. After fulfilling the order, the customer will receive an email regarding the tracking information of the order.

1. Remote to EasyStore Control Panel > Orders > Select an order > click on "Fulfill item"

2. Key in the tracking no., carrier, and the tracking URL > Fulfill

3. Customer will receive an email with the fulfillment details

4. You may amend the tracking information within the same order page

The order status will change to "Fulfilled" after the fulfillment.
