After the integration, all the orders of products in the 11street seller center will be synced back to the EasyStore Order. However, only the inventory of the products that successfully synced from EasyStore to 11street will be updated. 

Special Reminder: The highest and lowest price of variants for a single product cannot exceed 80 %.

After the integration, NO orders will be synced back to the EasyStore Order. Therefore, when there are orders at Lazada marketplace, the inventory of the products at EasyStore will NOT be updated. 

Special Reminder: Same colors input for a single product is prohibited by the Lazada Rule and Regulation. 

LogOn.my will NOT sync any orders back to the EasyStore Order. Therefore, when there are orders at LogOn.my marketplace, the inventory of the products at EasyStore will NOT be updated. 

What would happen to the inventory updates when you synced your products to the multiple marketplace at the same time

  • Once you synced the products to the multiple marketplace, all the inventory data of the products would be the same in the marketplace initially.  
  • EasyStore platform will update the inventory of the products to the synced marketplaces in every scheduled cycle time. 
  • However, there are only one marketplace e.g. 11street will updated the inventory at the EasyStore once there is any order at their side.
