You may change your version at Apps > Lazada > Settings.

Note: If you have upgraded to new version, you are not able to revert back to the old version. 

Part I: Sync product with variants.

1. Color family

Version 1, before enhancement
System is not able to sync the product variants with same color family.

For example: The product has length and color variants. 1m and 1.5m cable, both have black color so if you assign both variants are black color family, the syncing will be failed on this method. 

Version 2, after enhancement
The enhancement in version 2 is we are able to sync the product with same color family.

Active = The product has been successful sync to Lazada.


2. Product name


Version 1, before enhancement
All the product variants name are same after synced to Lazada, the seller is difficult to differentiate the variants of the product. 

Version 2, after enhancement
The variants will be inserted into the product name, this will reduce seller works on the differentiate the variants after the product sync.

For example: if the product variants are length and color. The product name will be "product A, 1m, white".

Part II: Sync order from Lazada to EasyStore

1. Sync order to EasyStore

Version 1, before enhancement
If the customer purchased the order from Lazada, the order will not sync back to EasyStore.

Version 2, after enhancement
The order is able to sync from Lazada to EasyStore, so that merchant can manage the order in EasyStore as well.

You are able to see the orders at Apps > Lazada > Orders

Or 

You are able to see the order with "Lazada" logo in your orders list. The logo is clickable, it will link you to the order details page.

2. Update inventory


Version 1, before enhancement
The inventory will not be updated if a customer has purchased the product from Lazada.

Version 2, after enhancement
Due to the order will sync back to EasyStore, so the inventory will be updated if a customer has purchased the product from Lazada. 


Note: To avoid Lazada mark your order as "Fail Delivery", we will not sync fulfillment details to Lazada. 

You may go to Lazada Seller Center > Manage Orders > Update the fulfillment details when your parcel is ready to ship within 24 hours and process within 48 hours.
