This guide is for merchants who will manually fulfill an order. If you're using EasyParcel Fulfillment service, you may skip this guide as tracking code will automatically send to your customer with an email notification. Read more about EasyParcel Fulfillment.
1. EasyStore Control Panel > Orders > Click into the order that needs to be fulfilled
2. Fulfill item
3. Enter the Courier service, Tracking number & Tracking URL > Fulfill
- The customer will automatically receive a fulfillment update email after this.
- You can amend the content of the email at Settings > Templates.
