1. EasyStore Admin > Orders > Click on the order number

2. Send reminder

3. You may use the default payment reminder email template or edit it accordingly to fit your style. Click send once you are done.

Tips:
You can amend the default content at Admin > Settings > Templates > Orders > Payment Reminder Email
