Fulfillment is for the merchant to update the order shipment status to the customer after the parcel has been shipped. The merchant may fill in the tracking no., carrier, and tracking URL. After fulfilling the order, the customer will receive an email regarding the tracking information of the order.
1. EasyStore Admin > Orders > Select an order > Fulfill > Manual fulfill
2. Key in the Courier service > Tracking number and tracking URL > Fulfill items
3. The order status will change to "Fulfilled" after the fulfillment.
4. Customer will receive an email with the fulfillment details
