About Credit

Credit feature in EasyStore allows you to reward your customers with credit, and refund your customers with a credit instead of cash. Your customers can use the credit to make payment during their next purchase. 

Manually add a credit to customers 

 1.EasyStore Admin > Customers > Select customer ( who entitled for a credit ) 

2.Profile > Credit column > Insert the amount > Save

Must know:

 Payment method will show as below in Order page

Credit setting

  1. Go to Discounts > Credits setting

2.Enable credit setting

Insert minimum order amount (Optional)

3.  Choose to convert the credit by 

  • Received credit by purchase amount
    Example: Customer will receive MYR 20.0 credits of amount MYR 100.0
  • Received credit by percentage of total purchase amount
    Customer will receive 20.0 % of total amount as credit.
  • Received credit by fixed amount
    Customer will receive MYR 20.0 credits *regardless of order amount

4. Test before saving the credit setting

 You can review the total credit given, redeemed & unredeemed

1. The credit amount will show on customer's account as below

2. Customer can use the credit balance to pay during checkout
