a. About MX record

This guide is applicable to users who purchased the domain from EasyStore and would like to add MX record to connect with email hosting. MX record is provided by your email hosting service provider.

Using a hosted email service helps convey professionalism, and builds brand trust. Hosted email enables users to leverage specialized brand name so that the company’s name is prominently featured. 

b. Add MX record

  1. EasyStore Admin > Settings > Domain

2. Click the 'Pencil'

3. Add DNS record

4.  Leave the domain name empty

5. Kind > Select ' MX '

6. If you have more than one MX record, kindly put them in different row > Save changes

Note: MX record is provided by your email hosting service provider.

c. Edit MX record

If you would like to edit the record, kindly click on the 'Pencil' to delete the existing one and add a new record.
