1. What does EasyStore offer?

EasyStore is a multi sales channel e-commerce platform that allows you to create an online store and sell on various sales channels such as :

  • Shopee

  • WhatsApp

  • Wholesale (business to business)

EasyStore is an easy-to-use tool without web designers or developers. And yes, no technical skills needed. From product details, customer information, inventory to order details, we help to centralize this information in one place (EasyStore)


EasyStore provides web hosting and domain hosting but not email hosting at the moment.


2. Do the plans include domain name? Can I use my own domain name?

We provide a complimentary .easy.co domain for each store yet you are encouraged to have your own custom domain for your store. You can either purchase through us or if you already have your own domain you can point or transfer your existing domain to your store. Subscribe with us and redeem your free one-year .com domain



3. Do the plans include payment gateway?

We have integrated with more than 40 payment gateways. You just need to apply an account with your preferred payment gateway and connect the account to your store to start accepting online payments



4. Does EasyStore charge any transaction fees?

No, EasyStore does not charge any transaction fee. You worked hard for your sales, it's yours. Transaction fee will only be charged by payment gateway company.



5. What are EasyStore plans and prices?

You can choose from our Lite, Standard and Business plans. Refer to our pricing page to learn more about the features & functions included in each plan. Prices shown below are prices after discount:


6. Can I upgrade my plan anytime?

Yes, you can. To upgrade, simply go to Settings > Billing > click on "Adjust plan" > select your preferred plan, system will prompt you with the top up amount before proceed.


7. Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can. To cancel, go to Settings > Billing > click on "Cancel subscription" and complete the form. This will cancel the auto-renewal but will not affect your current subscription, you are still able to log in to your account and continue using the services until the store expires.


8. Can I operate few websites within one EasyStore account?

Yes you can have few stores under one EasyStore account. However, one subscription refers to one store only. Learn how you can create more stores using the same email account.


9. Does EasyStore provide training courses?

We do not have fixed training courses at the moment but you're welcomed to register and join our workshop.

10. How can I subscribe to your plan?

Log in to your EasyStore Admin and go to our pricing page to pick a plan and subscribe.
