Frequently asked questions when filling out the iPay88 form
1. How can I fill up my application form?

2. How long is the settlement work for me?
iPay88 will proceed on a weekly settlement basis. The payment from Monday to Sunday will be accumulated together. iPay88 will transfer the amount by the following Thursday or Friday to your provided company bank account details.
3. How is the application flow and duration will take my application?
Once iPay88 received a full set of documents, they will proceed with the Risk Assessment Q&A and Online Banking + E-Wallet activation first. After that, the iPay88 team will proceed with the Credit Card & Debit Card Activation.

4. What is the supporting document needed
Company Registration Document, Full set SSM cert - provided as per your company entity, if Sdn Bhd kindly provide SSM with CTC.
ALL director IC front and back or Passport Copy for foreigner director - kindly stripe off "for iPay88 use only"
Company Bank Account Statement - FrontPage (3 months’ statement might require if needed)
If a new company can provide a one-month bank statement or open bank account slip with a bank stamp
3 exterior photos showing signage with Company name and 3 interior photo
5. Do I need to pay yearly annual fees?
If you are subscribed to any of the EasyStore annual plans, the iPay88 Online Banking plan is waived so you may register as soon as possible before the promotion ended.
6. How long can I use this annual fee waived? until when?
After successful register with iPay88, iPay88 does not have any expiry date for a successful account registered. You can continue to enjoy iPay88 services until you wanted to upgrade your account in the future, you may contact iPay88 representative, Darren via email - firstname.lastname@example.org for more details of the account upgrade.
7. Do I able to accept international credit card payments?
Yes. You will be able to accept international credit cards as long as your customers are using VISA/MasterCard and select MYR currency for payment
8. Do I able to accept for e-Wallet payment?
Yes, you are able to accept:

under this promotion package.
9. How can I get the Merchant Code and Merchant Key to insert at Easystore payment side?
You will be provided the Merchant Code and Merchant Key during the Online Banking activation, iPay88 will send an email notification to your provided email address.
10. What is Grabpay Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL)?
For the GrabPay BNPL, it can be split into 4 transactions (3 months). The 1st transaction will be the date of purchase. The remaining will be deducted in the following month.
For example : Product A is RM240, customers are able to use the BNPL to split the amount into 4 transactions (pay 4 times). This means if the customer purchased today, they can pay for RM60 first, and the rest of the RM180 can be split into 3:
1st transaction - RM60
2nd transaction - RM60
3rd transaction - RM60
4th transaction- RM60
For the GrabPay postpaid, the customer will need to pay the total postpaid amount on the 7th of next month.
These 2 functions are needed to tie their credit card at GrabPay apps and it is based on selective customers who had to activate this function on customer GrabPay Apps. If the merchant did not write the minimum amount at the fees structure form, means any amount also can do the installment. The max credit limit is based on the customer user credit limit.
11. How can I able to check my transaction status? Successful or Decline?
You can check all the transaction status (successful or decline) from your iPay88's Merchant Portal here - https://payment.ipay88.com.my/epayment/report/
The Merchant Portal username and password will be provided by the iPay88 team during the Online Banking activation.
12. If I facing any problem, where should I seek assistance?

14. What is the difference between iPay88 SOHO & SME Plan?
iPay88 SOHO plan is suitable for smaller businesses and the payment services are FPX(Online Banking) and e-Wallet only.
Meanwhile for SME (Small/Medium Enterprise) plan can come in handy for bigger businesses that deal with a lot of transactions. For SMEs, they have:
