1. Install the new Ninjavan app

Login to your EasyStore account > Click Apps > App Store > Install the Ninjavan Malaysia (New) app

2. Request a Sandbox account

📌 Note : Please fill in the Shipper Information before you request for Sandbox Account Credentials.

Step 1 : Click Integration Audit

and below would be Sandbox Account Credentials

Step 2 : Click the Request Sandbox Account button and Ninjavan will send you an email that includes the Sandbox Account Credentials like :

  • API Key

  • Client ID

  • Client Key

📌 Important Note :

  • Only the Sandbox Account Credentials will be sent to your Shipper Email, you need to login to your NinjaVan dashboard (For Sandbox Account) to obtain those 3 values

  • Sandbox Account Credentials will be sent to your Shipper Email within 7 working days and it will be sent by the Ninjavan team


3. Submit Integration Audit (Part 1)

Once you have received the Sandbox Account Credentials email from Ninjavan, you can click the Proceed Integration Audit button and the audit result (Part 1) will be sent to your Shipper Email within 7 working days. No worries, Ninjavan team will assist you on the Integration Audit.


4. Download test waybills

Once your request is successfully made, you will receive a confirmation email from Ninjavan team on the Integration Audit Result for Part 1. After that, you will need to :

Step 1 : Download Test Waybills ZIP File

Step 2 : Attach the Test Waybills ZIP File to the email that Ninjavan responded with the approval of Integration Audit (Part 1)

📌 Important Note :

  • Download Test Waybills will only work after you have received a confirmation from NinjaVan on your Integration Audit (Part 1) result.

  • The result of Integration Audit (Part 2) will be send to your Shipper Email within 7 working days


5. Submit Integration Audit (Part 2)

Submission will be reviewed by Ninjavan team and the audit result (Part 2) will be sent to your Shipper Email within 7 working days.

Once you have received and completed the Integration Audit Result for both Part 1 and Part 2, you will be notified by Ninjavan team that your Sandbox Account has been approved!


6. Fulfill order with Ninjavan Malaysia

Step 1 : Go to Orders > click into the order > Fulfill > Ninjavan Malaysia. Please make sure that the order status is PAID.

Step 2 : Proceed with the Shipment settings on the fulfillment page

  • Shipment service level

  • Cash on Delivery - Optional, the option will appear if you have enabled COD in the Ninjavan Malaysia app

  • Insured Value - If you select YES, Ninjavan will charge additional fees. May refer to Ninjavan on the fees.

Step 3 : Select the parcel approx volume & size for Parcel settings. Kindly contact the Ninjavan team for the size dimensions details.

Step 4 : Select the pickup & delivery details

Step 5 : You can fill in additional instructions (Optional). Once everything has been selected accordingly, click on the Fulfill order on the bottom right > Done.

💡 New enhancements that you need to know:

Ninjavan supports bulk fulfillment & bulk download AWB (max 50 at a time) so kindly ensure that none of the orders are unpaid, archived, and canceled.

For bulk fulfillment, the settings will be following the default shipping settings that you have select previously while fulfilling the single order.

You can choose to edit the orders' waybills by clicking on the pencil button on the far end right. We have a few options for you to choose from, either you want to enable OR disable for:

  • Order Number = Tracking Number. It will take the order number only and if you choose to disable it, Ninjavan will come out with their own unique Tracking Number for the Waybills.

  • Items Details on Waybills include the product(s) name, quantity & delivery instruction.

  • You can Hide OR Show the Sender Details (your details such as Phone No & Address) in the Waybills


7. Free shipping amount

You can provide free shipping with the new Ninjavan app, just go to Apps > Ninjavan Malaysia > Insert the total order amount for free shipping > Save

💡 Tips : 0 MYR means free shipping is disabled
