Step 1 : EasyStore Admin > Orders > Add order
Step 2 : Select the product > Add your customer > Add order
Optional - you can manually create a custom product if the product is not in your product list
Optional - you can manually add the customer if the customer is not in the list
💡 Tips : If you select an existing customer, the Billing & Shipping address would be auto-filled in.
Step 3 : Fill in the Billing address. Click Set once everything is filled in
Optional - you can fill in the shipping address if the address is different from the Billing address.
If you provide pickup service, you may tick the self-pickup and provide your customers with your pickup location address
Step 4 : Click Save and you have successfully created an order manually!
