You can't own a domain by simply adding it to your store, you need to first register and purchase it. Please refer to this article to know how to properly add custom domains to your store.

For domain purchased through EasyStore but not online
For domain purchased through other 3rd party provider but not online
1. Domain status
If you found that your domain is not online, you can check your domain status in EasyStore Admin > Channels > Online Store > Domains > beside Active domains.
Not Verified – Your domain is not online. You may refer to steps 2-3 to verify your domain and make it online.
Unsecured – After you have verified your domain, your domain is online but not secured. You may click on Unsecured > Activate free SSL to secure your website. More about SSL certificate.
Secured – your domain is online and secured.
2. For domain purchased through EasyStore but not online
2.1 Newly purchased domain
If you have just registered and purchased the domain through EasyStore, your domain will usually be verified and goes online within 24 - 72 hours.
You can check the domain verification status at Channels > Online Store > Domains > Edit
2.2 Make sure that you have verified your domain
After purchasing the domain, you will receive a verification email at your domain registered email address. You must click on the link in the email and follow the instructions provided to verify your contact information. Failure to do so will make your domain become unverified and offline after 14 days.
If you have missed that email, kindly contact us at email@example.com to resend. After clicking on the verification link in the email, kindly allow up to 24 hours for DNS to refresh.
2.3 Check that your domain is not expired
Go to EasyStore Admin > Channels > Online Store > Domains > beside Registered domains, check the expiry date of the domain. If the domain has expired, you can just click into the domain > Renew domain to renew.
3. For domain purchased through other 3rd party provider but not online
Make sure that you have pointed your domain to EasyStore correctly
Kindly make sure that you have pointed your domain A record to EasyStore IP address 184.108.40.206 in your DNS ( refer to this guide ).
If you have done so, kindly allow up to 24 hours for DNS to refresh.
A Record (also known as IP Address) - 220.127.116.11
CNAME - please point to your domain name without www
TXT Records - please refer the steps in this help article
