When do you need to switch store ownership?
- When you wanted to change/replace to another email address
- When you accidentally insert the wrong email address during registration
- When you wanted to switch the owner of the store
- Only the store owner is able to proceed this action.
- You can only switch the ownership to an admin, vice versa.
1.Go to EasyStore Admin Panel > Settings > Staff
2. Click on the name of the admin that you wish to switch the ownership to
3. Click "Switch to owner" button on the page
Both old & new owner will receive an 📩 email notification after the action is updated.
Once you have switched the ownership to new account, you may go to the EasyStore Admin > Click "I forgot my password" to reset a new password.
You will receive a notification email to the email address that you have registered in EasyStore. Reset the password in order to login to your account. :thumbs_up:
