1. Introduction of Reports function.

Your store has been selling for a period of time and now is time to review your sales performance? Our Reports function can help.

By using Reports function, you are able to review your sales performance by channels, teammates and any date range that you would prefer. Besides, there are few types of reports available for you to monitor your sales, products and customers. After using the Reports function, you are able to gain insights into consumer trends and behaviors. Hence, it gives you a clear path towards your objectives and goals.


2. View your reports by using filter.

Step 1 : Go to EasyStore Admin Panel > Reports.

Step 2 : Select sales by channel to view your reports for different sales channels.

Step 3 : Select sales by teammate to view your reports for different teammates.

Step 4 : Click on '📅Calendar' logo to view your reports for different date ranges, you will see a drop-down list where you can choose your preferred date range.

💡 Tips:

  • To view your report on specific date your preferred date.

For example, you would like to review your report on 15 Oct, 2021.

  • To view your report on your preferred date range (custom range).

For example, you would like to review your report from 26 Sep to 9 Oct, 2021.


3. Types of reports.

Total sales

Total net sales + taxes + shipping (excluded discounts) in the selected date period and sales channels.

Total orders

Total number of orders sold in the selected date period and sales channels.

Cumulative sales

The sum of all sales you gained.

Cumulative orders

The sum of all orders you received.

Total visitors

The amount of people visited your website (included yourself).

Total pageviews

Total number of pages your website visitors has visited (included yourself).

Cumulative visitors

The sum of all visitors.

Cumulative pageviews

The sum of all pageviews.

Sales by channel

Total sales obtained from different sales channels you enabled.

Average order value

Total order value (included taxes, shipping and discounts) divided by the total number of orders. It measures the average total of every order placed with you over a defined period of time.

Repeat customer rate

The proportion of your customers who have made at least two purchases during a certain time period.

Repeat purchase rate

The percentage of total sales made by your repeat customers, also known as customer retention rate.

Sales by product

The rank of the total sales for most sold products.

📍 To view the product performance, click view more to check total units sold for each product and can view more than 20 products.

Product units sold

The rank of the products with the top selling units.

📍 To view the product performance, click view more to check total units sold for each product and can view more than 20 products.

Sales by currency

The rank of the total sales for most frequent used currencies.

Sales by customer

The rank of the total sales for most spent customers.

Total referral commissions
The rank of total earned commission for the referrals.

📍 To view the all referral commission ranking, click view more to check total commissions earned by each referral.

Sales by referrals

The rank of the total sales for most used referral code applied into the orders.

💡 Tips:

1. You can hover your mouse over the point to view the exact sales amount/visitors/ pageviews.

2. You can export the reports out based on the preferred date range from your EasyStore Admin Panel.
