This will allow your customers to track the progress of their order's delivery.

  1. EasyStore Control Panel > Orders  > Click into the order that needs to be fulfilled

2. Fulfill item

3. Enter the tracking number and name of carrier > Fulfill


- The customer will receive a fulfillment update email after this.

- You can amend the content of the email at Settings > Templates.

4. Update the status (Optional)
